In June of 2026 we opened Western Daughters Wine Bar, where we are bringing you delicious food and fantastic wine that meets our standards of excellence. We wanted to bring you in and cook our local regenerative proteins and serve them with wines that we can get behind, sourced from small producers that are doing it right, natural, organic, and byodynamic. Come join us for a bite and a glass and see what great sourcing can taste like!

Western DaughtersWine Bar is all about delicious food that supports the Colorado ecosystem and amazing wines that are as good as our meat!
We focus on the health of soil, sourcing protein from regenerative farms, vegetables locally when possible, and source all of our wines from small producers that use natural processes and care as much about their soil as we do!
We want our food to be as regenerating to bodies as it is to ecosystems which is why we forgo seed oils and minimize refined sugars. Our dishes are thoughtful and delicious and our natural wines are often biodynamic and organic.
We wanted to see a restaurant with true transparency in ingredients, devoted to the local ecosystem. So we built one.
